HEHEHE Today got netball training so very normal yeah? Jus normal do some drills after around the last 30 mins play court game. During the last few mins i sprained until my ANKLE. At first run for the ball then kelly call my name turn around and unbalance and i jus like that sprained until my ankle and i still fall on the floor. D: After that coach sent me back home chatted wit her on the way back home. okayy that all for today btw thanks alot :DBYYEEE :D

HEY HEY SHAREN IS BACK ON MONDAY EVENING TIME :D
HERE COME MY LONG POST!
ON 24DEC (THURSDAY)
-IN SINGAPORE
Woke up around 9 plus am to start to pack my luagage then around 10 plus went to bath and prepare myself after that went to meet ying jie and felicia to watch movie wanted to watch alvin and the chipmunk2 D: but all the tickets has been sold out so we watch the princess and the frog is pretty nice :D after that felicia went off then me and ying jie went to shop around cause is still quite early after that around 4.30pm go off. Reach home around 5.10pm like that then my mom start to call me where i am? i reply i am outside the gate. LOL. 6 plus pm went off to meet all my relatives at the serangoon bus stop :D
-IN MALAYSIA
I am following a tour wit my whole big familys :D we book the whole bus.
The bus came and chop passport all this thing and got in malysia :D have dinner around 10 plus pm did not really eat D: then all the way down to PENANG of course the bus stop a few times :D in the bus is super cold so keep on sneezing all the way lucky my mom bring my med along :D
ON 25DEC (FRIDAY)
IS CHRISTMAS! :D In the morning around 7 plus am then reach PENANG have breakfeast then went to see 3 different types of temple at there. Is so boring at there and the weather is super duper hot so frustrating at that time D: went to shop for a while then have lunch and went back to shop again. around 2 plus sit bus down to our hotel to check in :D went to rest and bath then 6pm everyone meet at the lobby then sit bus to have our dinner :D then went to shopping again :D bought 2tees :D then went back hotel to sleep. btw our holtel is sea view is super nice can?! :D
ON 26 DEC (SAT)
7AM morning call and 7.30pm have to gather at the cafe to have our breakfeast then went to one place ( dunno wat is that call) waited at there for 2 hr plus then have one train to go up to see the scenery only D: went up took a photo wit the snake is so cool :D after that walk for 1 hr plus train down and go for lunch then around 2 plus went back to the hotel to play the games.
we played:
- banana boat= is so damn fun is very bumpy and when it moved is so windy :D keep on shouting at there :D
-parateshoot
-ski boat
-went to ride the horse is so fun too!
is so damn fun can?! but the water is super salty when the sea water splash until me. D: my dad play wit me ski boat and paratshoot. When we playing the ski boat he ride super fast i at there keep on screaming until going no voice and laughing at there too :DD andand the parateshoot i was up the sky jus like a bird flying around is so damn cool and nice plus windy. Ride the horse i sit on top and is so damn nice the horse is cute too :DD when it moved i keep on laughing at there. after that around 5plus pm went back to hotel to bath while my aunt went to swim at downstair and she came up and keep on say that i bath super slow. :D 6 pm went to malaysia street to have dinner at there the food is not that nice D: then went to shopping again :DD bought a bag and 2tees again.around 10 plus pm went back to the hotel after 11 plus went to sleep and i fall asleep alrdy my aunt call me wake up to see the firework is damn nice and went to sleep again :DD
ON27 DEC (SUN)
Same 7 pm morning call then after that went to the cafe to have breakfeast then went back to the hotel to pack my luaggae around 9am went down to the lobby to gather then went to botanic garden to have a walk then went to have lunch after went down to yi bao to have shopping then in the evening time went back to our hotel to take our things around 7 plus pm gather and off we go around 9 plus pm then have our dinner after that reach SINGAPORE on 28 dec evening time so we slept at the bus :D of course the bus will stop too.
*was pretty fun in the whole trip and have to thanks to my cousins for the christmas presents :D I have really enjoy it especially on the 26 dec 09 :D Video of the parateshoot and lots of photos will be upload in facebook have to wait for my mom to pass it to me and i mus find the time too :D the distance was super duper far so in the bus keep on sleeping :Dokayy thats all for my whole trip this year D: and looking forward to the next year trip again. :D
YEAH! jus wat everyone say time past really fast and our holiday is going to be over and next week sch re-open.

HELLOO! :D SHAREN IS HERE AGAIN. :D
Today as normal have netball training so did very normal things before i go off for training. :D
Training we did:
- Run 15 rounds= 2.4km
- Passes wit medicine ball
- Passes wit normal ball
- Sucide run (2sets)
- Release early today :)
After that went out wit cassan to eat.. Lots of funny thing happen at that time. :D
OKAYY PPL(S), i will be going off to malaysia tomoro nite and next week then i will be back. When i am back i will post again and look forward my long long post okayy? :D andand PLS Continue to tag my tag -box! :D

HELLOOS! :D Is tired for me today.
SHORT POST.
Woke up in the morning then went to prepare and drink a cup of milo. Went out waited for the bus and it took quite long to come so when i reached sch is quite late too. In training, whole day playing half-court is tired but still learn lots of thing today :DD:
After that went to hougang mall to eat at food court.. Around 3 plus went home :D at home slept for awhile.

HEY HEY! SHAREN IS BACK! :DDOKAYY i am back from netball chalet on wed nite :D FIRST DAY PLUS SECOND DAY:Woke up in the morning went to pack my things and prepare myself then went to meet ying jie, en xian, cassan, felicia :D at hougang mall at there ate for lunch then bus-ed down to PASIR RIS, COASTA SAND. In the afternoon, went to ride bicycle we was so damn unlucky cause the bike spoil and we like change for 5 times then is okayy so we was like keep on walking up and down to change it and we wasted lots of time but at last we still can ride for like 1 hr plus.. andand i fall down cause of bel DD: around 4 plus pm went back to the chalet to rest while senoirs was busy preparing the BBQ things. At nite they played twister and BBQ-ing but i did not play cause my leg is pain D: so i help them turn. After that some went home alrdy. Around 1 plus am went to the beach saw lots of stars at there was so so cooling and windy :DD after that for a while went back to chalet.. We played plus watch-ed television until 4 plus (AM)! then i went to sleep for that 1 hr only and i did not really sleep cause is quite noisy and plus i having flu D: then around 5 plus am woke up to watch sun rise at the beach but did not really saw the sun up then we went back to the chalet D: then went back to the chalet again slept for another 1 hr plus again :D go for breakreast wit felicia, cassan and en xian after that played for a while then went to sleep for another 1hr woke up then went to bath and join the seniors to pastamania to eat for our lunch. after that went back chalet others start to play alrdy...nite nite then reach home bel sent me to the hougang bus stop then bus-ed home. :DMy first experirence was that i played for the whole day and i jus slept for that 3hrs only..SORRY READERS!
I will not posts everyday alrdy cause i will be quite busy alrdy but i try to in a week post at least once :D but pls still continue to tag my tag box i will reply u ASAP! :D Photos will upload soon.

WHHHHEEEEE WAS FUN! :DDDDD!!
Hello! :D Firstly have to say sorry that i did not posts for quite a long time alrdy cause the past few day was super sad D: and i dun wish to say here. but i have to still thanks to the ppls( u know who u are) to listen wat i told them.
Okayy get back to my post now! (6/12/09) Woke up around 11am then went to hougang mall to eat wit en xian and cassan after that went to meet netball seniors( sec4, 5 & 2) then after that we all the way went down to TOA PAYOH SPORTS HALL to watch nations cup 2009 the game was really fast and is nice too.. we watched until around 7 plus pm then went home wit en xian, cassan and bel. We at the bus play crazily! :DD and was very fun!! reached home around 9 plus pm In the whole day i have really enjoyed myself and i have feel better too! :DDD btw tomoro i will be having netball chalet on 8-10 dec! :DD: okayy that all for today.
